What Is ACSCare™?

Advanced Care Scripts’ clinical program is called ACSCare™. The primary goals of the program are patient education and adherence to prescribed therapy. Registered nurses who have day-to-day experience with patients receiving specialty drugs for chronic illness manage the program.

Through ACSCare, patients receive the following:

• New referral counseling and initial clinical assessment at start of therapy
• Ongoing clinical follow-up, including outbound calls and assessments made at periodic intervals based on expected drug side effects
• Clinical assessment of therapy interruptions and patient-reported adverse events with prescriber intervention, as needed
• Discharge assessments with physician notification
